Emma Reeve is a certified physician assistant (PA-C) from Tempe, Arizona. She earned a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Arizona State University and went on to obtain a master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Slippery Rock University near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She has volunteered with national and state professional PA organizations and continues to serve as a leader in the Arizona State Academy of PAs. Emma's professional interests include chronic disease management and healthy lifestyle promotion. In her free time, Emma enjoys hiking the many beautiful trails around Arizona.
Dr. Christopher “Ian” Earle has over 25 combined years of experience in the field of mental and behavioral health as well as addiction. From alcohol treatment centers, celebrity rehabs, urgent care centers, inpatient hospitals, and Serious Mental Illness (SMI) clinics; he boasts a wide range of expertise in order to meet the expanding needs of the community at large. He retains privileges at many of the area psychiatric hospitals and treatment centers and continues to work closely with recovery centers to provide aftercare support to maintain active recovery. He is experienced in treating mood disorders, anxiety, thought disorders, addiction, and ADHD as well as in providing psychiatric evaluation for the substance addicted patient. His goal is to help his patients overcome many of the obstacles we face in life and to better understand the fullness life has to offer.
Jayson Luma, M.D., our Medical Director, is a highly skilled physician with over 18 years of experience in Pediatrics, Pediatric Emergency Medicine and Administrative Management. He is well regarded in the East Valley and beyond, earning numerous accolades for his quality and patient-centered care. Dr. Luma has a particular interest in the care of the medically complex child and adolescents, as well as in children with significant psychiatric co-morbidities. Dr. Luma is double board certified in Pediatrics and Pediatric Emergency Medicine.
During his training he worked as a Medical Specialist for the Office of Mental Heath (OMH) in NY State providing psycho-pharmacotherapy and one on one de-escalation techniques for some of the regions most mentally ill children. He also has significant experience in management of the complex, drug addicted and mentally ill child. He even earned the award of Physician of the Year from the Office of Mental health in 2007.
He moved out to Arizona to work in one of the countries top 5 busiest emergency departments in the country where he continues to work and thrive since 2009. He has a reputation of being a lifesaver and someone you want at the bedside when things seem bleak. He has received much praise and patient thanks for numerous interventions made on their behalf.
Krystal Cherapan is an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner specializing in Bio-identical Hormone Replacement Therapy, pain management, internal medicine and addiction medicine. She completed her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing and Master’s of Science in Nursing at Grand Canyon University. She is board certified with The American Nurses Credentialing Center as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner
Mrs. Arguello has over 20 years of experience in medical administration and customer care service. She prides herself on patient satisfaction and administrative systems management. Louisa, in her spare time, enjoys spending time with her three boys and husband.
